How do I check what version of MSN I have installed on my computer?

To see the MSN Explorer version number:

1.     Open MSN Explorer but do not sign in.

 

2.     Click any user name.

 

3.     Press the Ctrl, Shift and F7 keys at the same time. The Status and Support screen will open.

 

4.     Click System Information, located on the lower left hand side of the screen. Look for MSN Client.  The version number is displayed to the right; it will be in the format: XX.XX.XXXX.XXXX.
