People who are viewing CNN.com in MSN Explorer 11 on Windows 8.x will get an error message. Customers can disable Flash to work around the issue. To disable the “Shockwave Flash object” in IE 11, go to Internet Options -> Programs -> Manage Add-ins and from Manage Add-ins, under the Toolbars and Extensions select “Shockwave Flash object” and then select the disable button. Disabling “Shockwave Flash Object” will disable flash for all sites, not just CNN.
