Steps to mitigate issue:

Right Click on desktop -> New -> Shortcut

It will launch ‘Create Shortcut’ wizard

Type "C:\Program Files (x86)\MSN\MSN.lnk"

Click next -> Shortcut name shows MSN -> Click Finish
