Greetings,

If the issue is with your email account ending in q.com, unfortunately, there is nothing that MSN or Hotmail can do.  Your q.com account was moved from Hotmail to Qwest and thus is no longer controlled by Microsoft.   Since you asked Qwest to close your account, they most likely deleted the q.com email address so the undeliverable message is expected in that case.  Please make sure that your contacts have your new msn.com email address.

If your friends and associates are receiving undeliverable messages when sending to your new @msn.com email address, then we will need to investigate that issue.

Thank you,
Berit

If you feel or received information that someone is impersonating you, we suggest that you make a formal report of this incident. Please note that the impersonator must be using one or more of the following:

-          Your legal name

-          Your telephone number

-          Your address

-          Any other personal identification of yours, such as a photograph

The duplication of your nickname is not considered impersonation.

-          The date and time you discovered the impersonation.

-          A description of how the impersonation was carried out

-          The URL of the profile containing the impersonation.

-          A statement from you declaring that the information in your report is accurate, and that, under the penalty of perjury, you are the person being impersonated.
