Hi Bird Girl,

The information you have provided seems you have issues with the Outlook 2003 application with the pop-up blocker. On the Desktop do you have the MSN Butterfly icon through which you can control the pop-up blocker for your account. Please find the below steps for pop-up blocker

  1. Sign into Msn account using your email id
  2. Click on Help and settings
  3. Click on settings
  4. Click on Select pop-up Guard settings
  5. Click on Filter Settings
  6. Select Filter and show useful pop-up windows and pop-up windows added to the pop-up allow list
  7. Click save changes

Please provide the information regarding the antivirus program that is on your computer for further investigations

Please reply back for further assistance.

Thanks!
