I hope you have found the answer to this problem as I have had it also since the Outlook server update in October of 2016. I access my emails thru MSN Premium and the connect indication will freeze and I have to sign out and back in .Then I get the "checking for emails" indicator of 15-30 seconds before the email finally appears. There appears to be a sync problem between Outlook and MSN Explorer .. 2 calls to MSN Support and their suggestions did not solve trouble ... If you did find a solution please advise .. Thanks
