Hi Mcrumpler,

 

This feature comes preinstalled with Msn software and now it is called as connection center. On the Msn sign in screen on the top left hand side you would see the Connection settings previously users who were on the older version of Msn we had the option to download the Dial up accelerator. Users having the latest version of MSN 10.0 need not download the dial up accelerator. It is inbuilt with the software.
