Hi Art,

Thanks for using the MSN Solution Center Answers Forum.

Things to Try:

1. Log on to Bing.com and conduct a random search.

2. Locate the words "Search History" on the left-hand side, about halfway down the page and click the "See all" link.

3. Click "Clear" to remove your recent search history, then click the "Yes, clear all search history" link to finalize the decision, which clears the cookies from the browser. Instead of listing your searches, Bing will display a message reminding you how to reinstate the search history option.

4. Click "Turn history on" to begin tracking your history again.

Try the above and let us know the outcome.

Thanks!
