Here are the answers from the previous posting.

1. What is the Operating System? O/S Win 7

2. What is the version of MSN Software? V.10

3. How do you access your emails using the MSN butterfly or the Internet explorer through http://www.hotmail.com/ ? Both.

In regards to moving the e-mail folders you stated see below:

If you access your emails using the MSN software then you need to check in the left pane if you have saved any emails under 'Folders on Computer’. If you have emails stored under 'Folders on computer' then you need to move your emails to 'Folders on MSN'.

This statement doesn't make sense at all on "check in the left pane" where do I check in the left pane?  Please be more specific.

Furthermore I also mention about Trueswitch.com at the beginning with no satisfy answers at all.

I am asking one more time is this website reliable and safe to use in moving my msn mail and contacts to hotmail?

I also asked at the beginning, once I cancel my account, my e-mail will convert to a hotmail account.
Can I be able to set up a new hotmail account using a different user name prior to cancelling my msn account ?

I still have not heard about a response regarding if I could setup a new hotmail account prior to cancelling my msn account?
