Looks like you're missing Navigation Bar,

 

In case you don’t see Mail and More on MSN Explorer:

Top left hand of MSN Explore we have “Tool Bar“

Please Click on “View” and select show “Navigation bar” from the Tool bar.

 

We'll be able to view Mail and more, favorites, etc...
