Hi Sampath,

I have optimized my IE per the instructions from the Windows Live Help. No major issues were found in these process steps. I am still experiencing the long delays when using the icons across the top of the MSN webpage. I have discovered that if I use the Hotmail access from my MSN home webpage I can instantly access my email, send and recieve messages with no delays and switch between my email folders with out waiting 2-3 minutes each time. Not sure what the difference is between these two email applications, but Hotmail works and MSN email works with lon delays when doing any task.
