Hi,

The Favorites icon on MSN is part of the navigation bar. If the entire navigation bar is missing, the favorites will be missing as well. Please follow the steps below to make the navigation bar appear on MSN:


Sign into MSN > Click on View at the top > Click Navigation bar and then click show navigation bar (make sure this option is selected)
