You may still have an old MSN 10 butterfly that is unable to update to MSN 10.2 which is causing this concern. To check the MSN Version, click Help and Settings at the top then About MSN.

You will need to remove the old MSN and install the latest one.

If you have email messages saved under Folders on your computer, they need to be backed up first before removing the old MSN. Please go to this link and follow the steps to copy the MSN folder to the desktop: http://answers.msn.com/thread.aspx?postid=1c74a57f-8706-4adf-8499-17c3d01502c1#1c74a57f-8706-4adf-8499-17c3d01502c1 Please take note that the steps are marked in green and dated Wednesday, November 09, 2011 7:13 PM

Once this is done, follow the steps on this link to remove MSN: http://answers.msn.com/solution.aspx?solutionid=115dc6c5-4ae7-4e38-8e0b-3eac07d020fa then on this link to install the latest version of MSN: http://answers.msn.com/solution.aspx?solutionid=eae4f90e-634d-484b-84c1-b16d9d5eda4e
