It was an update on the BOA site that changed the way the site is accessed on MSN. The coder of their site has not considered all the browsers out in the market for this update. They are recommending the use of Internet Explorer 9 instead. But I am pretty sure this will get updated on the MSN Explorer once the investigation on what has changed is finished.
