To address your concern, the following are ways on how you can send an email to a number of contacts:

Using the MSN software:

  1. Sign in to MSN, and then click Mail & More.
  2. Click Write Message, in the upper-left corner of the screen.
  3. To address the e-mail message, use one of the following methods:

• In the To box, type the complete e-mail address. For example, type someone@example.com.

• If you have created entries in the MSN Address Book, click the icon to the left of the To box, and then click a name in the All Contacts list to the right of the To box.

  1. To send your message, click Send Message.

Using Hotmail via Internet Explorer:

  1. Visit the website: http://www.hotmail.com/ Log in to your account by typing your email address and your password.
  2. Click New to create an email message. Press the To: button to load your Address Book. Click Select All to populate all contacts’ email addresses on the To: field.
  3. Then, click the Send button to send the message.

Important Reminder: The maximum number of messages that you can send is 250 per day. Having said that, if you happen to have more than 250 contacts on your Address Book, the system might locked you out when you send an email to every single one of them. This is to prevent its members from receiving unsolicited bulk e-mail messages (junk e-mail or spam).
