I also have this same problem.  Why doesn't MSN just fix this issue????  I have a friend who is 93 and has used MSN email exclusively for 20 years.  She emails her 97 yr. old sister and her 89 yr. old sister every day and the 3 of them are not up to learning how to use a new email.  In addition, I have gobs of information stored in my MSN address book and have numerous special groups that I have created that will not transfer over to Outlook.  MSN email is the ONLY reason I've paid the annual fees ... it was the BEST program out there ~ please do not let it die on the vine!
