I understand about the upgrade by B of A.  However; I'm experiencing an extremely slow response just trying to navigate around in MSN itself.  It took me forever to get to the MSN solution center, it takes nearly a minute to switch from in-box to sent mail, when calling up a "favorite" it takes a long long time, sometimes takes over a minute to sign in - I could go on and on with these examples - this seemed to start at the same time that the B of A problem first raised it's ugly head.  Is this also an MSN Explorer problem???
