   As mentioned above when you move emails from "Folders on my computer to Folders on MSN it takes a long time to synchronize. You mentioned that in the process Upgrade Manager Popped up and it did not work. So transfer of emails dint happen successfully and it may have so that the emails are Lost. Let’s check and see if the emails are still stored on your computer. To do this follow the below troubleshooting steps

Note: Sign out from MSN then close the program before performing the steps below.

1. Click ‘Start’ then ‘Run’

2. Type in the box: %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN

3. Click ‘OK’ (The MSN folder will open)

The db30 folder will appear inside the MSN folder.

5. Open the db30 folder and look for a folder name MSN Mail (Your email address). Right click on this folder and then Left click on properties > Check the size of this folder.

6. Mention the size of this folder so that we can look into it to assist you further.
