Hello,

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble signing in to MSN client. Please provide the error message when you sign in to MSN client and also ensure the MSN is installed completely.

Follow the below instructions to ensure you have the latest MSN client.

Before proceeding with below steps, uninstall the current version of msn client by going to add/remove programs and also deleting any MSN shortcut icons on desktop.

To Install MSN on Windows Computer please follow the below steps
Step 1: Go the website :-https://membercenter.msn.com/download.aspx from any browser
Step 2: Click on Install Now
Step 3: msnsusii.exe file will downloaded
Step 4: Click on Run to Install the MSN Explorer on the computer
Step 5: Follow the Installation Wizard to complete the Installation


Note: MSN Is compatible only on Windows Computer Starting from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
We can use MSN on Win vista only up to 31st May
