Try these steps to refresh the settings of the MSN Favorites list. Make sure you are signed out from MSN Software.

  • Press windows key + R to open the Run box
  • type a dot (.) then click OK
  • Open Roaming
  • dragged the MSN6 folder to the desktop for back up purposes
  • Reset Internet Explorer settings

RESET INTERNET SETTINGS

  1. Close MSN and all open windows

  2. Click on Start or Windows Orb then click type inetcpl.cpl then press Enter to open the Internet Properties window
  3. In the Internet Properties window, click on Advanced at the top
  4. Click on Reset at the bottom part of the window.
  5. On the small pop-up window, make sure that the box is checked then click on Reset again.
  • Open MSN Sign-in then perform CTRL+SHIFT+F9
  • Click Remove Information if prompted
  • Click Yes if prompted
  • Sign in to MSN and let it synchronize all the info from the server to complete the process.
