When Qwest informed its customers that it would no longer support MSN mail they persuaded me to try their email service at q.com. I determined that I would prefer to use  MSN and told Qwest to close the account, which was done back in June. I am now being told that people who are sending me mail are receiving undeliverable notices relating to the old q.com account from Hotmail. I checked this by sending a message to myself which arrived with an additional undeliverable notice for the old account.
Any help that one may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated.
