I sign in to my msn acct, and click on "mail and more" .  The new emails then download.  Then when I try to delete certain emails, I get a pop-up that says "program is not responding, wait for program to respond". I then have to wait 15 minutes or more for the program to respond.  Once that happens, things work okay.  Why does that always happen?
