I have been having problems with Internet Explorer/MSN Explorer - So many times I can't get to a site I want  or I will get the message "Internet Explorer has had a problem & needs to close" - then I lose everything.

I do some of my banking online and the other day I could not get my online bank accounts to open.  I finally called the bank & they told me it was an Internet Explorer/MSN Explorer problem and advised me to download Google Chrome.  I did and it owrks fine, can open my accounts that way, but still can't do it with Internet Explorer.

Do you have to fix this, can I fix this, do I need to download something, or should I just forget it???
