Hi Sumon, I talked with support yesterday and they were no help and said I had to use email support as I have MSN  Premium and I could not use phone support, so who do I get to help me? Everything was working fine until yesterday am. When I signed in it just keeps running and never connects, yet I can go through exployer & Hotmail to connect. Please advise...Thank you, D
