Hi,

Delivery receipt featrue is not currently available in Hotmail. But changing the settings on hotmail after you send a message, we show you a page that confirms that your message was sent (this page also lets you add people to your contact list and do other things). Here's how to check if it's enabled:

  1. Go to your Inbox
  2. Click Options on the upper-right then select More Options
  3. Under Writing Email select Sent Message Confirmations.
  4. Select Show me the sent message confirmation page after I send an e-mail then click on Save.

Hope this helps.
