I went through the above steps and was successful in completing them.  MSN mail still does not work.  On my Msn mail inbox there is a yellow triangle. When  I open it,  I get a message that there is a problem with the email server error code 0x85ad3202.  While I was fooling around trying to fix my msn mail. I put a POP3 Program in my mail box and don't know how to get rid of it. It also has a yellow triangle by the inbox. Error code  0x007271d.
Could there be a problem with my modem Or could  I have changed the internet properties in some way?

Thanks
Richard
