Hi Husna,

I have checked by firewall and MSN is on my exception list. I am running Norton Online Utilities for my anti-virus protection and MSN is not being blocked. My performance issue has not changed to my knowledge. The only difference I have have expereinced is when I worked with an MSN technician to convert my account from Qwest/MSN to just MSN. Prior to the ten minute procedure to convert I had no major issues with using Qwest/MSN after the conversion procedure I started having the long time delays.

I am available this Friday evening to work with you on this issue. I am available at 8:00 p.m. or later. How should we connect? I can supply you with my contact infomation via an email or you can contact me via my email at {removed email address}. I look forward to working with you this Friday.

Kind regards,

Tom
