Actually found, thanks to an MSN tech., that the problem was under Hotmail options where there is an option for forwarding email to another account and the q.com was inserted there. Cannot understand why that should have suddenly popped up during the last three days when the only account I have is my msn account and the q.com account was closed over three months ago.
It's just another case of computer illogicality!
