Please follow below steps to get the emails in order wise.

1. Sign in to the MSN butterfly software with effected email address

2. Click on " Mail and More" to access emails.

3. On the top of the email screen please click on " Received". If you are still not able to see the emails in order wise, please click once again on " Received".

In case if the issue not resolved after performing above steps, please contact MSN Technical support team and we are more than happy to help you.
