Hello Xena,

You may still not have an MSN butterfly installed on the computer where the Help and Settings option can be found.

To check, click on Start then on the Search box type in MSN.exe then press enter on the keyboard. If it gave you an message that it cannot be found, please install MSN by following the steps on this link: http://answers.msn.com/solution.aspx?solutionid=eae4f90e-634d-484b-84c1-b16d9d5eda4e

Once MSN is installed, sign in on the butterfly with your email address and password then you’ll be able to see Help and Settings at the upper middle part of the page.

Feel free to reply to this post for any questions and feedback.

Thanks!

Isabelle
