Island Girl or anyone else: I have the same problem in renewing the MSN Premium Internet Software.  I have tried a few phone numbers that weren't correct.  Can someone provide an 1-800 number for MSN Billing?

Also, do I even need the Premium Internet Software to keep my email access?

Thanks!
