Hi RonK,

In other to move your emails from 'Folders on computer to 'Folders on MSN'. We need to validate the following information:

1. What is the Operating System?

2. What is the version of MSN Software?

3. How do you access your emails using the MSN butterfly or the Internet explorer through http://www.hotmail.com/ ?

Things to try:

If you access your emails using the MSN software then you need to check in the left pane if you have saved any emails under 'Folders on Computer’. If you have emails stored under 'Folders on computer' then you need to move your emails to 'Folders on MSN'.

If you access your emails through http://www.hotmail.com/ then all your emails would stored on the server end.

Please find the link to find the version of MSN software
