The MSN butterfly is affected by the computer's resolution and how it shows items. Check out if your computer is using the recommended resolution: right-click on the Desktop and select "Screen Resolution"

Also, check out if the computer's DPI settings affect how you view the sites in MSN by going to this link:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Make-the-text-on-your-screen-larger-or-smaller

As a heads up, MSN displays best with a 96 DPI.
