Hi,

 

MSN client uses the internet Explorer resources in order to browse, since the website is not recognizing which  version of internet explorer you are using it is asking you to upgrade, please upgrade your internet explorer to IE 9 or IE 10. If the internet explorer is already upgraded to latest please uninstall and reinstall the Internet explorer to resolve the problem.
