Hi,

You need to reinstall McAffe, Please follow the steps below:


Remove McAfee using Control Panel

Click Start then select Control Panel
Double click on Add/Remove Programs (XP) / Programs and Features (WinVista & 7)
Locate Mcafee on the list and follow the steps to uninstall the software
Restart pc if prompted
Run MCPR tool

Open IE and go to http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe
Click Run if prompted
Follow the instructions to run the tool
Restart pc if prompted

RESET INTERNET SETTINGS

Close MSN and all open windows

Windows XP: Click Start then select Run | Windows Vista/7: Press the windows key + R on the keyboard
Type inetcpl.cpl inside the Run box.
In the Internet Properties window, click on Advanced at the top
Click on Reset at the bottom part of the window.
On the small pop-up window, make sure that the box is checked then click on Reset again.

Reinstall McAfee

Open IE and go to membercenter.msn.com then sign in with your email and password.
At the bottom of the page click on Install McAfee then follow the steps on how to install the software
