I have followed the instructions to back up emails stored on my computer, but twice it has gotten to about 91% complete and then given me an error message that it cannot backup my files.  It left me a message to contact Customer Support.  What is the risk if I can't back up my emails before I proceed with the steps to refresh the account settings?  I admit I have a lot of emails stored on my computer.  Could file size be a problem?  Thanks for your help.
