I tried these steps and was successful in completing them.  Doing so did not get my MSN mail back. On my Msn e-mail inbox There is a yellow triangle. When I try to open the inbox, I get a message, "You cannot send or receive MSN e-mail with the e-mail server. Please try again later."  Error code  Ox85ad3202.  I also now have a POP3 account that I put on while I was fooling around trying to fix my MSn e-mail.  I don't know whether or not this has anything to do with my problem and I can't figure out how to get rid of it.  It has a similar message to the regular inbox with the error code 0x8007271d.  Could I be having a problem with my modem or might there be an error in the internet properties tab?

Thanks
Richard
