Hello,

We are really sorry for the inconvenience.

What type of email account does your friend has ? ( Domain )

Is she using any third party application to access emails ?

If Yes please ask her to send a test email to her self and check if the email address show correctly.

Is she facing this issue only while replying to your email address ?

These type of  issue occurs when customers use any third party software to access emails.
