To set up a Secret Question and Answer, please follow these steps:

1. Go to http://account.live.com
2. Log in using your MSN email and password that you will use to sign up for an MSN plan.
3. In the Account Overview page, look for the Account Security section. Under it, click on Manage beside Security Info.
4. Click Change beside Security question to change or update this. Click Save once done.

Once you have added or updated your Security question, you may call the MSN Sales number again for assistance in signing up for an MSN plan.
