Hi Bird Girl,

 

To help you further with the pop-up blocker issue we need to validate the following information:

 

1.  What is the Operating System you use?

2.  What is the version of MSN Software?

 


Things to try:

 


Sign into Msn account using your email id

Click on Help and settings

Click on settings

Click on Select pop-up Guard settings

Click on Filter Settings

Select Filter and show useful pop-up windows and pop-up windows added to the pop-up allow list

Click save changes
