My head is spinning! I went through all the links and reviewed all the information, and the only part I understood was the part about having to order a new CD.
What I have decided to do -- and this is for my comfort only and doesn't in any way indicate any lack of assistance on your part -- is just leave things the way they are. As I said earlier, I am barely computer-savvy, and I don't mind admitting it....allthough I appreciate your faith in me to be able to understand all those instructions!
You have more than made up for previous tech support shortcomings, and I truly appreciate the time and attention you gave to this.
