Sorry for the Inconvenience, may be the MSN Explorer is Outdated.

To fix the issue please follow the below steps:-

Close and Sign out of MSN Explorer

Open the Run Box ( Windows +R)

Type Appwiz.cpl  or open the control panel >> programs>> Programs and features.

Right click on MSN select Uninstall/Change

Select Install Additional features from the Installation Wizard

Sign in with the email account and follow the wizard

Re-launch MSN this should fix the issue
