I am a Premium customer. My emails are no longer coming to my Premium msn account. I can open and send in hotmail but can't use msn at all. I tried to rename the emails with ".old" in the db30 folder. I did this several times and it no longer works. Have you stopped giving service? I can't call the 800 number, there is no chat any longer, and the last time I asked for email help, they told me I had checked the wrong item and would have to try again.
