We’d like to ask additional information so we can investigate on this issue.  Please follow the steps for the Fiddler trace to help determine if this is a sever side issue: 

1.       Download Fiddler2 from: http://www.fiddler2.com/dl/Fiddler2Setup.exe

2.       Close all other http traffic generators (Programs that require web) and browser pages.

3.       Start Fiddler2.

4.       In Fiddler, select the File menu and make sure "Capture Traffic" is checked.

5.       Open MSN Explorer (MSN Butterfly) or Internet Explorer.

6.       Reproduce the error.

7.       As soon as the error comes up, go to the File menu in Fiddler and uncheck "Capture Traffic".

8.       Click on "Save" then save it to your computer.

9.       Please attach the capture file to your reply in the thread. (the extension should be .saz).
