No this is not helpful at all. My subscription was renewed in June 2012. Therefore, I am not dealing with an "old subscriiption" but a new one that was created in June 2011 due, in part, to the the prior subscription thru " Quest" and my move to California. Are you with msn and if so, this is not helpful at all.
