Hi 5050pete,

Need more information:

a. What is the Operating System you use?

b. What is the version of MSN Software?

Things to do:

Note: Make sure you are connected to the Internet.

1. Check the connection settings. To do this, follow these steps:

a. Open the MSN Client Sign-in screen.

b. Click Connection Settings.

c. On the Dial-Up locations tab, locate the High Speed Connection section in the bottom of the dialog box.

d. Make sure that the Connect using my LAN or DSL connection check box is selected and then click OK

e. Now, sign in to MSN Client, and then check if you can log in.

2. If the issue is not fixed with the above troubleshooting steps then follow these instructions

a. Sign-out of MSN and close all open windows

b. Remove CC folder

Windows XP:

Click Start > Click RUN > type the following command exactly: C:\Program Files\msn\MSNIA > Right Click on CC and then Delete it > at the prompt click Yes

Windows Vista and Windows 7:

Click Start > In the Start Search box, type the following command exactly: C:\Program Files\msn\MSNIA > Right Click on CC and then Delete it > at the prompt click Yes

Please reply back for further assistance.

Thanks!
