I don't know if i have the software installed.  i have a subscription to MSN PIS.

Hi, Kindly check if MSN i already installed by following the steps : Click Start, then click on Computer.Open the C: drive, then Program Files(x86), then MSNIf you see a butterfly icon that says MSN Shortcut, try to open it.IF you don't see neither the MSN folder at all nor the MSN Icon(butterfly), MSN is not yet installed on your system.
