I have been trying for days to cancel my msn explorer. I cant get anyone on the phone cause it says I am not a paying customer which I am and every other option I have tried has made it impossible. I want a refund for this month because I was locked out of my msn exploer and then couldnt cancel it when I regained access. This is not a professional manor in which to treat your customers and I would say is the worst service I have ever received and will refrain from purchasing or recommending msn when possible.
