Hi,There is a chance that older components of McAfee are still being detected by the current installation progress that's why it can't complete. We to run the MCPR.exe tool from McAfee to remove any old component of McAfee to have this fixed.1. Make sure you don't have any McAfee programs in the Add/Remove programs from control panel2. Reboot your PC3. Download the removal tool from http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe4. Click Save, and save the file to a folder on your computer5. Navigate to the folder where you saved the file6. Double-click MCPR.exe to run the removal tool7. When you receive the message CleanUp Successful, restart your computer. Your McAfee product will not be fully removed until the system is restarted8.
