Hi,There might be a possibility that the changes happened on MSN where you re-organized the favorites did not synchronized properly that's why MSN did not remember the changes.
On MSN Sign-in page press CTRL+SHIFT+F9 on the keyboard Click on Remove Information if prompted Click on Yes when prompted Sign in to MSN Re-organize the Favorites Let MSN Synchronized the changes for 10-15 mins.Hope this helps.Paolo M.
